About
As I Wait for the Dragon to Roast Me: Twenty-Five Tales to Read While Anticipating a Most Fantastical Demise is a collaborative anthology written, produced and published by the Classic and Contemporary Fairy Tales class at Saint Norbert College in the Spring of 2014 under the guidance of Dr. John Pennington. These original fairy tales contribute to the evolution of the genre in our modern culture, grappling with ideas old and new concerning its function and use. We hope that you, the reader, enjoy this collection with its various spin-offs, subversions, and unique stories inspired by the tales of yore.
